Goodmorning! The quote above reaffirms the one I sent out last week. It relates to my favorite concept...the compound effect~(repeating small, consistent behaviors over time will lead to greater gains). Successful people choose behaviors, they repeat daily, that allow for the compound effect to kick in. Whether its~

*working out 20 min every day to gain strength, endurance or knowledge of your body vs working out once in awhile

*drinking water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and reap the benefits of staying hydrated vs only drinking whey thirsty

*eating lean protein with every meal and snack to build a stronger body vs eating protein once in awhile

*sleeping 8 hours a night to reap the benefits that come from getting enough sleep to recover vs only sleeping 8 on the weekends

*and this you can all relate to....stretching 5-10 a day to prevent soreness and injury vs only stretching when feeling tight and sore.

Think about one action you can add to your routine daily, that over time, would make a difference for you. Instead of just stating you want something or want to do something better, state one specific action you can do daily, that will bring you closer to your goal. Monday-interval ride 5:30, BC 6am, Spin and strength 8am 

Tuesday- spin and abs 6am, BC 8am

Wednesday- interval ride 5:30, BC 6am, spin and strength 8am

Thursday- body ride 6am, BC 8am

Friday- BC 6am, Cardio BC 8am

Saturday- Spin BC 7:30am
