Thomas Moreland Fitness is a personal training studio that will help take you to the next level!


Boot Camp Training

This is a women only 45 min bootcamp. The class is appropriate for any fitness level (beginner-advanced) as along as there are no severe physical limitations.

Small Group Training

Two to three participants train simultaneously while working on an individualized program. Sessions are 45 min long -cost $35 ea participant.

Round 6

Come workout alone or with a friend and follow the workout written on the board for you! A trainer is on site to offer guidance while you work at your own pace. Workout includes a strength and high intensity cardio element. All exercise levels welcome.

Private Training

One on one training with an individualized program. This includes a pre and post assessment- cost is $65/45 min session.

Spinning Bootcamp

This class is open to men and women off all ages and fitness levels. The class is one hour long and consists of intervals on the spin bike, as well as bootcamp type exercises off the bike. You are guaranteed to work up a sweat and burn a ton of calories.

Spinning & Abs

This class is open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The class is 45 minutes long and consists of intervals on the bike and core strengthening/toning exercises off the bike. 

Full Body Ride

This class is comprised of cardio and strength intervals, as well as upper body strength training on the bike. This is an intense, full body workout appropriate for all fitness levels.

Interval (HITT) Spin

This class is open to women of all ages and fitness levels. This is a 30 minute intense series of sprints, hill climbs and intervals to raise your heart rate to a high intensity level. Come in for a short but intense workout to raise your metabolic rate and burn calories all day!

Spin & Barre

This class is 45 min long and consists of intervals on the bike, along with upper and lower body strengthening using light weights, pilates balls and bands. Your muscles will feel the burn in this class with small, but intense movements.

Strength and Spin

This class is an hour long and consists of high intensity intervals on the bike, along with a focus of strength training off the bike. It's the perfect combination for weight loss and toning.

Youth Spin

This class is suitable for kids of all fitness levels between the ages of 11 and 18.  Participants will learn the fundamentals of spin while developing strength, speed  and endurance on the bike. Participants will also work on speed, agility and strength drills off the bike using a variety of equipment.  The program is not only beneficial for the development of physical fitness, but can also boost self esteem, and promote a positive attitude towards exercise. Each session will run one hour and the cost is $20/per visit.
