One on one training sessions to meet your specific needs, capabilities, and goals. Available in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions.
Small Group Training
2-3 people getting a similar treatment as a personal training session at a reduced cost. While there is less specificity to your needs, this is good if you are looking to train with a friend or partner and looking to budget the expenses. This includes everything a trainee might do in a single session, including weights.
Youth Strength and Conditioning
A variety and circuit style class that is perfect for any youth wanting to be at peak athletic condition or even those who are wanting to get in shape, period. While Terry has a base at working with this age group's top athletes, he can easily modify exercises and drills to meet the current capabilities of less athletic and younger participants. This class includes body-weight drills, agility training, kettlebells, battle ropes, and many other ways to make the anyone the best and the best even better!
Class Schedule and Pricing:
Monday through Friday Youth Group Sessions: 4:30PM, 5:30PM and 6:30PM
Saturdays Group Session: 9:30AM
Winter sessions have begun and we are busy training our spring athletes!
Limited spots are available due to controlled group size and increase in trainees.
